I read a person swear by ice baths, yes ice water. He said it was a little bit of shock but swore by it. I researched it on a scientific level there's merit to it. At what dose could I find pain relief if involved in a taper ?

Currently tapering down from high dose suboxone. At 1.5mg per day now down from 16 in approx 2 months. Prior spinal fusion and current untreated pain. The chronic pain causes spikes in blood pressure and my pcp is doubling up clonidine to address this. We both agree that the untreated pain is the ca...
