Clean 3 weeks 6 days CLEAN off H... I am still taking 1/2 mg most days. It is mostly an energy thing, or even a crutch. I am gonna try to be off totally by sub by the end of May. I'm Not stressing, I am actually OK with the fact that I am only on HALF a mg. Now that I am stable and going on a month ...

most importantly, the absorbtion rate of bupe (sublingually)(only) 40%-80%....if I am not mistaken......

Wow, it sure feels different when I have nothing to do... I used to "use" when I had nothing else to do.... I think I need to go walk to the beach.....Even though I really dont feel like it.

Hey ya'all, Wanted to come on here and tell everyone I AM CLEAN 11 days today! I feel FANTASTIC.. I have been taking 1/2mg sub for the past 5 days. I will likely stop over the weekend or even taper the tiniest bit till I feel nothing. I am not at all stressing about it. I am HAPPY. I am NOT craving....

I have been taking those EmergenC's thingys 3 X a day. Seems to really help. I have read that day 11 is as bad as it gets as far as sub wd... I think you are gaining on it now and I am rooting for you. Keep hanging on my friend. I KNOW YOU CAN and will get thru this... It wont be long now... blessin...
