Probation/Suboxone status (update)

I dont really know if this is worth a new thread but i figured some people on probation and suboxone can look at this and feel better about there situation i guess. I jus got put on probation and started suboxone for the second time today. My probation officer is a pretty nice guy and agreed with me gonig on the sub. He also reminded me that it wasnt a long term treatment but short term, which i could have disputed but i chose not to. I also was feeling terrible this morning withdraw-wise but I am felling a million times better. Anyone on probation, just tell your officer whats going on and be honest and you should not have any problems. I know some p.os are sticklers but still just be honest its for the best. I am so excited to be back on sub i already feel better, and am very excited to try and start my life over. By the way my felony was for manufacture/deliver which was suboxone, so if anyone is in the same situation this is proof that you can still be on suboxone with this charge. I hope everyone the best that is having issues with a p.o. about being on the sub. Actually I wish everyone the best that is still using, going through this treatment, or have succesfully or unsuccesfully finished the treatment. I also recommend that anybody that is on treatment to get counseling....I know some doctors require this, but if not it is a really good idea. I go three times a week and it really helps. I actually look forward to going to a place where i wont be judged and can discuss problems that all the other people are having. Its kinda like this forum just a little bit better . This is the beginning of a long journey but I am definantley ready and excited!!!

That is great news! It sounds as though you are taking your recovery very seriously and that is great. Keep up the determination and work and you will do just fine!
