Indivior is at it again!

What dose of Suboxone do you take? Does your buprenorphine wear off? Do you have opioid withdrawal symptoms?

Reckitt Benkeiser/Indivior is trying to maintain exclusivity over one of their products again. This time it's Sublocade, the buprenorphine shot that lasts 28 days. A new generic of the shot is ready to come on market, but Indivior is arguing that the patent shouldn't be expiring yet:
