I take bupre for several years. From time to time I get valium from the doctor to decrease the dosage. But I am afraid of the withdrawal which I already had sometimes. But while taking valium I need much less of bupre, and I feel very calm and free of stress. I heard of valerian, but when I wanted to buy it there was a warning about not combining with opiates. So I asked myself, should I try it or not? Does anyone have experiences? What do you say, my old friend suboxdoc
