Has anyone ever tried Zentrip or other Sublingual OTC medications?

Anything about buprenorphine that doesn't fit somewhere above, fit it here!

Did a basic Google search for this and it is what you say. A simple OTC medication with no relationship to buprenorphine. Your statement is very concerning when you say you have a craving for Suboxone. It is meant to help with opiate cravings, not create its own problem.

This forum may not be the best fit for you until you can get over your addiction to a recovery drug. I'm not even sure what to say about that and I should know the answers being here for 10 years and also being a certified chemical dependency specialist. You have me stumped. I'll leave it to wiser members to comment on. Preferably one of our addiction doctors here.

OP trolling? Previous banned poster? Math impaired? Here for 13 minutes once and has a really odd rambling post.
Meclizine is an older medication used mostly for disorders that cause dizziness.
Several better alternatives for opiate withdrawal.
"I'm sure anything SL will solve my craving for Suboxone" is really quite odd and has no grounding in recovery or treatment.
Rule - I don't know if any of us are wiser, maybe in that we waited until you broke the ice and responded.
Perhaps TJ, Blueline, or Jonathan will weigh in, I always appreciate their insights.

Thanks Doc for always stopping in. Your input is so valuable here. Yea, I'm stumped on this one but didn't want it to go unanswered. It's doubtful the new member will even check for responses. If a few days go by with no login from them I'll delete the post.

Yup..you guys are right! I don’t see any similarities whatsoever. Let’s see here, a strong orange citrus flavor. The medicine comes packaged in strips, with the inside being that of a film. Hmm..nope! Definitely doesn’t sound a thing like Suboxone!
Thanks so much for your helpful input!

Welcome back Zentrip, please don't take offense to what was posted before. We get hundreds of new posters who only post once and never return to see the answers. That's why I said what I said. And it's good to be proven wrong.

No, this is the right forum for you. All we had to go on was your first short question that inferred you were abusing the buprenorphine. That really wasn't the case so forget it. If you'd like me to clean up the responses just PM me and we'll discuss it.

Glad you're here and keep on posting!

I quit putting it under my tongue many years ago. Now it goes between my upper gum and teeth. That way it dissolves slower and doesn't interfere with me talking. I'll dose at work in front of everyone and they don't know what the heck I'm doing. One guy asked what it was and after stuttering a while I just said it was complicated and would explain at a later date. Meaning never. He never asked again.

I like that and may use it... I find myself sometimes dosing while I am doing a livestream video sometimes...and I have to cut the camera to keep anyone from seeing me place something in my mouth (in glaring 1080p video at that)..
But then all I really do anymore is sit in front of a PC...video editing and handling other affairs...even more now with the shut-down/pandemic...because I have churches wanting to do livstreams or record videos and upload to a YT channel...so I have several days where it's mostly what I do all day.
